Lowell Ledger, 1 Aug 2001

Erin Charles Johnson, aged 34, of Clarksville, went to be with his Lord July 23,
2001.  Erin served as a loan officer and branch manager for Union Bank in
Mulliken, and previously in Freeport.  He is survived by his wife Debby; his
parents, George and Lucille Johnson; his sister Jami (Todd) Voshell; his nephew,
Gordan; his parents-in-law, Keith and Jeanne Newton; his brother and
sister-in-law, Chris (Kari) Newton; and many other loving relatives and friends.
 Visitation will be at the Koops Funeral Chapel in Lake Odessa on Wednesday from
5 to 8 p.m. and Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.  The funeral service
will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday at the Calvary Grace Brethren Church in Alto. 
Memorial contributions may be made to Bethany Christian Services to support
adoption services.
