Ionia Sentinel Standard, 12 Dec 1970

Mrs. Clara Johnson, 104, died Wednesday at Belding Nursing home.  She was born
December 21, 1865 in Kent county the daughter of William Lytle and Mary
Aylesworth Lytle.  She was married March 25, 1885, at Chenango county, New York,
to George Johnson who died in 1930.  She was a member of Belding Church of Christ.

Surviving are five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and two great great
grandchildren.

Mrs. Johnson was at Huffman funeral home in Belding until noon Saturday when she
was taken to Belding Church of Christ for services conducted by Rev. Wayne
Child.  Interment was at River Ridge cemetery.
