Peggy Ann Johnston, 73, of Portland, passed away on Sept. 3, 2013.  She was 
born on April 4, 1940 in Sandusky, Mich., to Havel and Nora Bricker. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband James, brother and sister-in-
law Ronald and Doris Johnston, brother-in-law David Johnston, infant daughter 
Mellissa and daughter-in-law Roberta. 

She is survived by her brother Havel D. (Betty) Bricker of Pensacola, Fla.; 
brother-in-law Richard (Jennie) Johnston of Peck; sister-in-law Carol Johnston 
of Sandusky, Mich.; children, Lynne (Doug) Berry of Fayetteville, N.C., and 
Eric (Stacey) Johnston of Portland; grandchildren, Trevor and Austin Berry, 
Alexis (Michael) Cassady, Jessica and Caroline Johnston and Matthew Prehn; and 
great-grandson Ty Cassady. 

Private family services will be held.  Arrangements are with Lehman Funeral 
Homes, Portland.
