The Ionia Daily Sentinel, Tuesday, May 25, 1965
Funeral was held Tuesday for Mrs. C. B. Johnston, 86, of 947 Alderman, 
Belding, who died Sunday at Belding hospital.  Mrs. Johnson was a lifelong 
resident of Belding and was born in Otisco township.  

Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Hearzel Krouse of Belding and Mrs. Porter 
Walker of Greenville, seven grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and one 
great great-grandchild.  Burial was at River Ridge cemetery at Belding.
