Portland Review - Feb. 3, 1992


Lelah L. (Mrs. John) Jones, 86 of Portland died Jan. 26, 1992 in Lansing.

She was born in Portland on Oct. 25, 1905, the daughter of Hiram and Emma 
(Halstead) Tucker. 

She is survived by one daughter, Lorena Beden of Lansing; three sons, Donald 
(Alice) Jones of Stanton, and John Jones and Glen(Sandra) Tucker, all of 
Portland; one brother, Harry Tucker of Barryton; 18 grandchildren; 44 great-
grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John, in 1963.

Graveside services were held Feb. 3 at Portland Cemetery, Portland.

Arrangements by the Gorsline-Runciman Neller Chapel in Portland.
