STOMACH ULCERS FATAL TO BOY 7 YEARS OLD

Merle Lyle Jones, the seven-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Jones of 
Ionia township, passed away Wednesday morning, following a lingering illness 
of ulcers of the stomach.

The funeral will be held on Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the late home 
with Rev. N.D. Potter of Palo in charge.  A.E. Stebbins the officiating 
undertaker and interment will be made in Palo cemetery.

He is survived by  his parents, one brother and a sister.
