Mrs. Ida May Jones, 77, passed away on Monday night at her home in Orleans
following a heart attack.  She was born September 24, 1877 in Bloomer township,
Mecosta county, the daughter of Winfield and Lilly Jane Wright and had lived in
this area most of her life. 

She was married to Arthur Jones June 5, 1897 and he passed away seven years ago.
 She was a member of the Orleans Center Grange and the Orleans Community Club. 
She had lived in Orleans for eleven years.

She is survived by three sons, Orman and Lyle of Orleans and Alfred of Stanton
and one daughter, Mrs. George (Marjorie) Miller of Rfd. 2, two brothers, Vern
Wright of this city, and James of Rfd. 2 and one sister, Mrs. Hazel Epley of
Zypher Hills, Florida; eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.  The
funeral service will be held Thursday at 2:30 at Fitzjohn Funeral home with Rev.
H.S. Ellis officiating and the burial will be in Green cemetery.  Pall bearers
will be her grandsons.
