Services at Westland For Gordon Jones

Mr. Gordon W. Jones, 69, of 918 Lakeview Drive, Jordan Lake, was pronounced dead 
on arrival at 8:30 p.m. Thursday, June 30 at Pennock Hospital, where he had been 
taken after being sicken at home.

he had been employed for 47 years with Michigan Bell Telephone Company.

He married the former Frances (Dobbins) Good on December 5, 1966.

He has had a cottage at Jordan lake for over 35 years.

Surviving besides his wife Frances are; four daughters, Mrs. Donald (Dolores) 
Loftus, Dearborn Heights, Mrs. Patrick (Irene) Melady, Detroit; Mrs. Richard 
(Sharon) Collins, Redford Twp. and Mrs. Charles (Carole) Masek, Virginia; 11 
grandchildren and four stepbrothers, George Nettle, California; Norman Nettle, 
California; Victor and Harry Nettle, Toronto, Canada.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 5 in Westland, Michigan. Local 
arrangements were made by Leonard-Osgood Funeral Home, Hastings.
