The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Saturday, December 14, 1946
Funeral services for Lee Jones, 67, who died Sunday at his home in Keene of a 
heart attack were held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Morris Funeral 
home with the Rev. Glenn McCarty officiating.  

Bearers were Will Dawson, Hiram Darling, Ross Benedict, Theron Cahoon, Donald 
Pierce and Warren Reed.  Flowers were in charge of Ralph Dodds, Eula Font, Mr. 
and Mrs. Max Stebbins and Mr. and Mrs. Lee Lampkin.  Interment was at the 
Saranac cemetery.
