The funeral services of Mr. Frank Jones’ child were held today at 10 a.m. at his
home 1 ½ miles west of Smyrna, Rev. A.O. Carman officiating.

Bartonville – Mr. and Mrs. Frank Jones lost their only child last Tuesday after
it’s having suffered with brain trouble for several days.  The funeral was held
at the house, Rev. A. O. Carman of Belding preaching the sermon from Deut. 1:1.
 They have the sympathy of the community in their affliction.  Hazel Viola was
born April 11, 1900 and died April 23, 1901.
