The Ionia Standard, Friday, April 13, 1888
Tremayne’s Corners  (Correspondence of The Standard)

Mrs. Harriet Jordan, or Orange, died on Thursday morning, April 5th from 
inflammatory rheumatism.  The funeral services were held at the Wesleyan 
church in Berlin on Saturday, conducted by Rev. M. J. Badder.  She leaves two 
boys to mourn her loss.  Her husband has been dead a number of years.
