The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Saturday, June 5, 1965
Mrs. Georgiana Jorgensen, 84, of 422 Pleasant street, died at 12:30 a.m. 
Saturday at Sheridan community hospital where she had been a patient two 
weeks.  She was born April 30, 1880 in Michigan.  Her husband, John, died in 
September 1951.  Mrs. Jorgensen was a member of First Christian church.

She is survived by three daughters, Frances and Mrs. Dorothy Spence of Ionia, 
and Mrs. Doris Fancett of Sheridan; one son, Marvin Jorgensen of Ionia; six 
grand and 12 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at Myers funeral home Tuesday at 2 p.m. followed by 
interment in the family lot at Eaton cemetery.  The rev. James Kendall of 
First Christian church will officiate.
