Ionia Sentinel Standard, 7 Mar 1931

Mrs. Ellen Just-Kinsey, about 42 years of age, of Lansing, died very suddenly of
heart disease at her home in the Porter apartments Friday morning following a
brief illness.  Funeral services will be held in Lansing Monday morning at 10
o’clock.  The body will be brought to Ionia after the services for interment in
Highland Park cemetery, by the side of her mother and father the late Mr. and
Mrs. Josiah K. Just.

Mrs. Kinsey was born and reared in Ionia and attended the Ionia public schools.
 She was of the Methodist Episcopal faith while in Ionia but in later years
became a Christian Scientist.

James Fox, of Grand Rapids, a cousin, stopped in Ionia Saturday morning on his
way to Lansing to discuss the funeral arrangements.  He and two cousins in the
west, and her husband, R. W. Kinsey, are the only surviving relatives.
