              Peter Nicholas Kapteyn

Died Sunday April 30, 2023-age 93 of Crystal.
Peter was a builder by trade & loved to create & make things by his hands.
He was a home builder & talented cabinet maker.
Peter was a devoted husband, father & grandfather.
He enjoyed music & liked to read.
Member of the church at Carson City since 1985.
Survived by his children,Bryan (Karen) Kapteyn, Fred (Mary Ellen) Kapteyn,Margo 
(Ray) Kuipers, Brenda (Rene) VanVreesWyk, Alex (Julie) Kapteyn and Cynthia 
(William) Morrow; 24 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren;2 sisters, 1 
brother & several nieces & nephews.
Preceded in death by his wife, Judy Kapteyn; grandson, Toby VanVreesWyk; 
parents,William & Hilda (Voetberg) Kapteyn; 1 sister & 4 brothers.
Celebration of Life Wednesday,May 3rd at the Simpson Funeral Home, Sheridan.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 AM.
Funeral services will begin at 11 AM.
Final interment will be at Bloomer township Cemetery.
