                         JOHN FRANCIS KARST

Died October 22, 2022 age 55 of Ada,Mich.
Born October 23, 1966 in Huntington,IN the son of Richard Thomas Karst & Lilah 
Eileen (Cook) Karst.
John graduated from Huntington Catholic High School in 1985.
He married Debra Lee Youngquist September 13, 2002.
John worked at Orton Crane in Huntington in the 80's and then he got into 
landscaping and was a Supervisor of Landscaping at Quality Dining in Michigan.
He enjoyed working in his garden, cooking for friends & family, smoking meat & 
creating new recipes.
He loved to fish & called it "his Therapy".
Survived by his wife, Debra of Ada,MI; brothers, Vincent (Suzy) Karst of 
Holland,MI, Steven (Leah) of Auburn, IN,; three sisters, Donna Karst of 
Ft.Wayne,IN, Carol Karst (Mark Cocklin) and Debra Eckert of Huntington,IN. and 
his sister-in-law, Carla (Scott) Clark of Winston-Salem,NC.Many nieces & nephews 
& friends.
Preceded in death by four brothers, Gregory, Timothy, Donald and Randy Karst, 
two nephews, Jeremy & Donald Karst Jr. & his beloved dog, Zoe.
Celebration of Life will be held on October 28, 2022 at the American Legion Post 
#85, 1410 S.Jefferson St.in Huntington,IN from 3 to 7 PM.
