Lake Odessa Wave-Thurs. December 30, 1976

Rites Held for Steven Kaufman
Steven R. Kaufman, age 26, of 1211 Pearl street, Lake Odessa, passed away 
Friday, December 24, at Butterworth Hospital, Grand Rapids after an extended 
illness.

He was born January 29, 1950 in Battle creek, the son of Albert and Catherine 
(Palmer) Kaufman. He attended Delton and Hastings Public schools, Mr.Kauffman 
married Gerri Raymond on January  20, 1973 in Ionia.

He is survived by his wife, Gerri 2 sons, Jimmy Kaufman of Hastings and Dino 
Kaufman at home; parents Albert & Catherine Kaufman of Hastings; 2 brothers, 
Allen of Hastings and Marty of Grand Rapids; 3 sisters,Mrs. William (Mary) 
Hubbell of Hastings, Miss Cathy Kaufman, Hastings and Peggy Kaufman, Battle 
Creek.

Mr. Kaufman reposed at the Pickens-Koops Funeral Chapel where funeral services 
were held Monday at 1:30 pm. Rev. Bill Stevens officiated with interment in 
Lakeside Cemetery.
