Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, 17 Dec 1937
	
Benjamin Keener, 58, of Ionia died at the University hospital at Ann Arbor 
Friday morning, December 17, following an illness of the past few weeks.  
Funeral services will be conducted from the Bradley funeral home Saturday 
afternoon at 2:30 o’clock with Rev. Paul L. Stewart officiating.  Burial will 
be at Belding cemetery.
	
He is survived by a step-son, Earl Platt of Ionia; two brothers, Joseph of 
Oakwood and Lewis of Cadillac; three sisters, Emma J. Kitchen of Grand Rapids, 
Margaret Hunt and Nettie Masner of Cleveland, Ohio.
