The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Wednesday, October 12, 1977

Imla T. Keep, 85, of Tupper Lake road, formerly of Macintosh, Florida, died 
Monday evening at the Michigan Veteran’s facility in Grand Rapids where he had 
been a patient for one year.  He was born September 15, 1892 in Macintosh, 
Florida where he lived most of his life, except for 15 years in Lansing and 
Pontiac.

Mr. Keep was a veteran of World War I and is survived only by a friend, Mrs. 
Louise Schroeder and family of Lake Odessa.

Funeral services are Thursday at 1 p.m. from the Pickens-Koops funeral chapel 
with burial in Highland Park cemetery in Ionia.
