Sentinel-Standard - Wednesday, Nov. 12, 1997

Weidman- Fred D. Keister III of Weidman, formerly of Jackson and Ionia, died 
Nov. 10, 1997 at Blodgett Hospital in Grand Rapids.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara; one daughter, Katherine (Mark) Davidson 
of East Grand Rapids; four sons, Fred IV (Sarah) of Portage, Lawrence B. 
(Cheryl) of Warren, Christopher B. (Beth) of Traverse City, Jeffrey D. 
(Gail) of West Branch; and 13 grandchildren.


Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held Nov. 15, 1 p.m. 
at the United Methodist Church in Weidman.

The family requests memorials directed to the Weidman Public Libraray or the 
United Methodist Church of Weidman Building Fund, in lieu of flowers.
