Lake Odessa Wave - Times
   Mrs. Sarah S. Keith, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hiram Bowen, was born in Kalamo
Township Nov. 25, 1850, on the farm where she died
   On July 2, 1873 she was united in marriage to Morris E. Keith.  To them a
daughter, Mrs. Mary B. Slosson was born.
   After several years spent in Howard City and Lake Odessa seven years ago the
family returned to the old home where they have since resided  After a brief illness 
Mrs. Keith suddenly passed away Monday morning, March 22.  Early in life Mrs. Keith 
became a follower of Christ and has spent her whole life in His church and 
service.  she was a member of the Congregational church in Lake Odessa.
   Beside the husband and daughter and grandson, two foster daughters, Lena B. Keith
and Mrs. Roy Ainsworth and four little grandsons and an aged sister, mourn her departure.
   Funeral services were held at the Congregational church Friday at 2 p.m., Rev.
Abram H. Lash officiating.  
Interment at Lakeside cemetery.
   A quartette consisting of Mrs. O. C. Russ, Miss Ill Lucas and Messrs.  Wm. Naber
and Wm. Gilson, accompanied by Mrs. Johnson furnished the music.
