Well Known Keene Resident Is Dead
William Keller, 74, well known resident of Keene township, passed away at his 
home on Tuesday afternoon, following a brief illness. He had been a resident of 
the county practically all of his life and his sudden demise came as a shock to 
the community.

The funeral will be held on Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the home of his 
sister, Mrs. Frank Heather, in Keene township. Rev. William H. Halladay, pastor 
of the Saranac Congregational church, will be in charge.

He is survived by his widow and two children, who reside in the west; five 
sisters, Mrs. Persie Brown, Mrs. Allen Renwick and Mrs. Minnie Heather of Keene 
township; Mrs. Eva Rising, Mrs. Alice Finch, Grand Rapids; two brothers, George 
Keller of Greenville and Ed Keller of Saranac.
