Orville was born July 16, 1928, in Alma, the son of Floyd A. and Emma Mae Jones Kelley. He had worked for a number of years as a press operator at LuVans in Belding. He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna M. Kelley; great-grandson, Anthony Velasquez; four brothers, Melvin, Ernest “Bud,” Marion, Francis; and sister Mellisa Jones. He is survived by his children, Tina and Mark Estes, Orville D. Kelley, all of Belding, Paula and Ray Prater of Orleans, Donna and Robert Cuttle of Belding; five grandchildren, Melanie and Richard Velasquez, Tonda Prater, Evan and Jenny Cuttle, Preston Estes; three great-grandchildren, Makayla and Ryleigh Boss, Gracie Velasquez, Reese Reidy; four sisters, Rena Gallahan, Grace Gallahan, both of St. Louis, Belva Moore of Summer, Ruby Ayers of Alma. Memorial services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Shiloh Community Church with Pastor Ken Harger officiating. A luncheon will follow the service at the church. Inurnment is in Orleans Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to Ionia Area Hospice. Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home is serving the Kelley family.
