The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, November 8, 1938
Henry Kelley, 70, a life long resident of Orleans, died at his home Monday 
morning, November 7, following an illness of some time.  He was the only son 
of William and Jane Kelly, pioneers of Orleans township, who resided on a farm 
south of the village.  May 10, 1905 he was married to Miss Grace Wood, who 
survives.  Surviving beside the widow are two children, a son, Edward of 
Orleans, and Miss Ruthel Kelly, at home.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon, November 9, at 2 o’clock 
from the home with the Rev. Frank Loomis of Saranac officiating.  Interment 
will be made in Orleans cemetery.
