The Ionia Daily Standard, Friday, July 10, 1903

The remains of Dr. Neil Kellogg, aged 26, were received here yesterday at 
noon, and taken to Easton cemetery for burial.  He died in the Presbyterian 
hospital at Chicago, of tuberculosis of the throat.  His home was at Shepard, 
where he leaves a wife.  He was a son of A. Kellogg, and a grandson of the 
last Sbiverick Kellogg.
