Mrs. Eunice Kellog, of Palo, died at the home of her son, Charles E. Kellog, 
Hyattsville, Maryland, Monday, December 21.

Eunice Stocken was born August 27, 1876 in Galesburg, Michigan, the daughter of 
Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Stocken. She was married to Herbert F. Kellog, Route 1, 
Ionia, and had lived most of her life in Ionia county. After the death of Mr. 
Kellog in 1945, she moved from the Kellog farm to Palo. She was a member of the 
Palo Methodist church and the Order of the Eastern Star.

The body will arrive in Ionia Wednesday afternoon and will be at Stone Kauffman 
funeral Home until Thursday noon, she she will be taken to the Palo Methodist 
church for the funeral service at 2;30. Rev. Paul Richards of the Hubbardston-
Palo circuit will officiate and burial will be beside her husband in Palo 
cemetery.

Bearers will be Ralph Safford, ben Johnson, Guy Comstock, Jesse Kendall, Carl 
Wingeier and Thomas I. Martin.
