Marian L. (Glossi) Kelly, 77, of Livonia, died Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2000, after a 
brief illness.  She was born May 4, 1922, in Ionia, to Pansey and Romi Glossi.  
She graduated in 1940 from Ionia High School, where she was voted prettiest 
girl.

In 1942, she married Richard H. Kelly and they lived most of their married life 
in Livonia.

She is survived by one daughter, Kathryn Kelly of Plymouth; one son, Richard D. 
Kelly of Livonia; one granddaughter, Mary (Nathan) Kemppainen of Tecumseh; one 
grandson, David Kelly of California; two great-grandchildren; five sisters, 
Marie (Lloyd) Reamer of Lansing, Aline (Tom) Colter, Dorothy (Dale) Haney, 
Norma (Robert) Westbrook, Jane (Sprio) Mann, and two brothers, Raymond and 
James (Pat) Glossi, all of Ionia.  Many nieces and nephews also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Richard Kelly, and one 
brother, Sam.

Funeral services were Jan. 31 in Plymouth.
