The Ionia Standard, Friday, February 5, 1892
Melinda, beloved wife of John Kelly of Orleans, died early Thursday morning, 
aged 60 years, and was buried today from the church at Orleans Centre.  She 
was one of the very best known women in the township, an old resident, and one 
who had been a help to her community.
