The Ionia Daily Standard, Wednesday, January 29, 1902


Mrs. Adaline Kelly died at her residence in this village Tuesday morning from 
the effect of apoplexy.  She sustained a stroke Sunday which was severe, and 
instead of rallying, others seemed to follow in quick succession, and she sank 
rapidly away.  She was 77 years old and had been a resident of Saranac many 
years.

Another News Item:

Mrs. Claude Frace of Ironwood, was called to Saranac this week by the death of 
her mother, Mrs. Wm. Kelly.
