F. Kelsey, died on Saturday night, at 63 Park street, Grand Rapids, where she made her home since leaving Ionia about three years ago. Deceased will be widely remembered as for many years a most hospitable hostess at the farm home on Bellevue road about two miles south of Ionia, and later as a resident of this city several years. She is survived by one daughter, Miss Josephine B., and a niece, Miss Margie Wilson, who has been a member of the family since childhood. The remains were brought to Ionia this afternoon and taken to the home of W. B. Heath on Lovell Place, there to rest until Tuesday morning at 10 o’clock, when and where the funeral service will be attended with burial in the Balcom cemetery in Berlin. Subsequent Publication, date unknown: The funeral service of Mrs. A. F. Kelsey, held at the W.B. Heath home Tuesday a.m., was quite largely attended by the many old-time friends and acquaintances. Rev. Dr. Wilkinson conducted the same, according to the impressive Episcopal ritual, and the singing was by Mrs. Thane Benedict, Miss Greta Benedict and Miss Eva Boyd. Among the friends from out of town present were: Miss Mathews of Portland and Mr. and Mrs. Hoyt, Milwaukee. The bearers were: Maj. A. P. Loomis, K. R. Smith, C. B. Wardle and R. Lee Page.
