Excerpts from Obituary:
BETTY JEAN KEMPF 
Died at home February 9, 2019-age 97.
Born to Harvey and Mabel (Hosey) Nye February 6, 1922.
Met & married  Henry Richard Kempt at Eagle, MI.- married for 77 years.
Raised two sons,Larry and Carl.
Betty was an involved parents for homeroom, P.T.A., Band Boosters and Scouts.
Worked for H & R Block tax preparer & later on her own. During WW II worked 
for Oldsmobile Forge plant producing artillery shells.
Contributed to many causes to promote our American ideals and history.
Burial was at Sunfield Cemetery, with services entrusted to Independent 
family Owned Funeral Home in Sunfield-Rosier Funeral Home.
