Ionia Sentinel – Friday, 27 March 1914
Mrs. Helen Kendall, mother of Gene Storum, died Friday at 10 o’clock a.m. at 
her home, 204 W. Washington St.  She was a widow aged 64 years.  The funeral 
will be held at the residence at three o’clock Sunday afternoon and the 
remains will be removed Monday morning to Lake Odessa where burial will take 
place.
