Ionia Sentinel -  13 July 1973
Laura Millie Kendall, 78,  died early  Friday morning at her home  at 8233 Front  
Street,  Palo.  She was born May 5, 1895 in Mecosta county, the daughter of Seth 
and Laura Strong.  She was a member of Butternut Bible church and lived in Palo 
30 years.  In 1945 she was married to  Malcolm Kendall who survives.

Also surviving are two sons Forrest  Brune of  Belding and Carl  Brune of 
Edmore, one brother,  Orville  Strong of Remus; two sisters, Mrs Vida Coswell  
of Otsego and Mrs Elvah Lebeck of Six Lakes; eight grandchildren and 14 great 
grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Monday at 1:30  pm  at Stebbins funeral home in  
Sheridan and burial will be in  Palo Cemetery.
