Ionia Sentinel Standard, 11 Jan 1923

Patrick Kennedy, age 58, passed away at the family home, No. 13 Stevenson place 
at 1:30 this afternoon.  Mr. Kennedy has been in poor health for a long time, 
though he was at his work as engineer for the Pere Marquette road one day last 
week.  He was employed by the Pere Marquette for the past 32 years.

He is survived by his widow and six children, Harry, Gladys, John, Richard, 
Joseph and Mary Catherine, all of Ionia.  Besides he leaves ?? sisters, … 
[unreadable] …, and Mrs. Ernest Hunter, of Battle Creek, and three brothers, A. 
Kennedy, of Grand Rapids, Thomas Kennedy, and Michael, both of Alpena.  The 
funeral announcement will be made later.
