Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 15 Jan 1923

The funeral for Patrick Kennedy was held this morning at 9 o’clock from the
church of SS. Peter and Paul.  Rev. Fr. H.D. McCarthy officiated.  Burial took
place in Mt. Olivet cemetery.  The bearers were William Duffy, Sr., Fred
Williams, Charles Longe, William Gierman, Frank Frost, and Fred Sherry.  Those
from out of the city were Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Bolen and Mrs. Carmickel, of Grand
Rapids, Mr. and Mrs. Alfonz Kennedy, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Kennedy and son and
daughter, Michael Kennedy, of Alpena; Mr. and Mrs. Ted Quinn, of Detroit; Mrs.
Shields and family, of Hubbardston; Mrs. Ball and grandson, of Grand Rapids;
Mrs. McIntosh, of Muskegon, and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Madden, of Alma.
