Colleen Marie Kennedy, aged 54, of Lake Odessa, went to be with her maker 
peacefully at home after a long battle with cancer, on Sept. 19, 2009.

She was born April 4, 1955 in Lansing the daughter of Clarence and Dolores 
(Paul) Kennedy. She was a  member of Woodland Eagles # 3782, where she was a 
District 11 Officer. Colleen will be greatly missed by all. Please join us in 
remembering Aunt Neen for all that she was and all that she gave to everyone 
who knew her.

Colleen is survived by her mother Dolores Kennedy of Lake Odessa; brothers 
Patrick (Amy) Kennedy of Alto, John (Carrie) Kenndey of Woodland and Timothy 
Kennedy of Lake Odessa; sisters Kathleen (Lenny) Cross of Lake Odessa, Joleen 
Judkins of Lake Odessa, Loreen (Charles) Quillan of Lake Odesssa and Kelli 
(Brent) Gauld of Belding and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-
nephews also survive.

She was preceded indeath by her father Clarence Kennedy and her Uncle Parnel 
Paul.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, 1 p.m. at Lake Funeral Home in Ionia. 
There will be a luncheon to follow at the Woodland Eagles. In lieu of flowers 
you may make memorial contributions to the family’s choice. Online condolences
