SABLE E. KENT

SARANAC- Sable E. Kent, 91, of 131 Church Street, died Nov. 24.

She was born in Keene Township on Sept 22, 1899, the daughter of Allie and Money 
Hull Pinckney. She lived most of her life in Saranac.

She married Howard Bowen in 1916, he preceded her in death in Dec. 1953. She 
married Duane Kent in 1968. He preceded her in death in 1973.

She is survived by three sons Everett Bowen of Belding, Emery Bowen of Saranac 
and Donald Bowen of Plainwell; three daughters, Winona Nummer of Ionia, Elsie 
Moore of Saranac, and Doris Harding of Portage; 26 grand children, 50 great-
grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

Two daughters, one brother, and one sister also preceded her in death.

The family will be at Lake Funeral Home from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 
8:30 p.m. today.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Saranac Community Church 
with the Rev. Frank Lattimore officiating.

Burial will be in Saranac Cemetery.
