Former Resident of Sebewa Dead.

Mrs. Marvin Kenyon Succumbs to Heart Disease at Hazen, North Dakota.

Portland relatives have been advised of the death of Mrs. Marvin E. Kenyon at
Hazen, North Dakota, on Wednesday, July 31st.

Mrs. Kenyon had long been a patient sufferer with heart trouble.  She was for
many years a resident of Sebewa and her husband is a former drain commissioner
of Ionia county.

The family have been one of the most prominent in Hazen, having resided there
and at Krem, where they own a farm, for a dozen years or more.

Besides the husband, a family of eight children survive the deceased.  A
daughter, Mrs. Fred Stout, arrived home from Miles City, Montana, the night
before her mother’s demise.  She was accompanied by her three children.

Funeral services were held at Hazen Sunday and interment was also made at that
place.
