Lake Odessa Wave - March 19, 1964
MARVIN E. KENYON PASSES AWAY
   Marvin E. Kenyon, 81, Route one, Lake Odessa passed away at Pennock Hospital
early Tuesday morning 
where he had been a patient for about five weeks, transferred there from Ferguson
Hospital in Grand Rapids.
   A native of Portland, he married Crystal Willard about 49 years ago and they
moved to the local area from 
Portland in 1931.
   Surviving are his wife Crystal; one son, Willard E. of Lake Odessa; two
daughters, Mrs. Herbert (Madonna)
 Blakely of Lansing, and Miss Loraine Kenyon of Grand Rapids; ten grandchildren; two
sisters, Mrs. Ella Stout 
of Muskegon, and Mrs. Jennie Youngs of Ionia; one brother Christopher of Seal Beach,
Calf.
   Funeral services were held Thursday (today) at 1:30 at the Pickens Funeral
Chapel, with burial in the 
Lakeside cemetery.  Rev. Chester R. Turner and Elder Donald Stephan of Ionia
officiated.
