The Belding Banner, Thursday, February 13, 1902

Mrs. Mary E. Ketchum died at the home of her niece, Mrs. Smith Nichols 
Wednesday, of pneumonia, aged 69 years and 9 months.  She was the mother of 
six children, all of whom are dead.

Rev. Carman conducted the funeral services at 10 o’clock today (Thursday) and 
the remains were laid to rest in the Belding cemetery.
