Unidentified Publication, Feb 1907

Mrs. Harvey E. Kidder passed away shortly before midnight last night.  The
saddening information was passed from person to person at an early hour this
morning, and the grief was general, for there are few in the city who did not
know the young wife as Nellie Quigg, a life long resident of Ionia, and the
bereaved husband.  Mr. and Mrs. Kidder were married only a little more than one
year ago, and that they should be so soon separated by death was cause for
mourning by the many friends who knew them both so well and so favorably.  She
had been ill only since last Monday night.  On that day, in the late afternoon,
she visited her husband’s office, and was feeling usually cheerful.  Her 27th
birthday anniversary was on Dec. 14, last.  The funeral will be attended from
the Church of SS. Peter & Paul, at 9 o’clock on Saturday morning.
