Alice Oveta Kieft, 93, of Largo, Fla., died May 29 at Arbors at Safety Harbor, 
Fla.  A long-time resident of Grand Rapids, she was born outside Palo, and 
came to Largo in 1973 from Holland.  Married for 44 years, her husband Joseph, 
a native of Ionia, preceded her in death in 1974.

Alice was a homemaker, resort owner and bookkeeper.  Surviving are one son, 
Ronald Kieft of Largo, three grandchildren; Gina Renee Kieft of Grand Cayman 
Island, Aune DeWitt of Peoria, Ariz., and Ronica Kieft of Seattle, Wash.; and 
two great-grandchildren. 

Interment will be at Roselawn Cemetery in Grand Rapids.
