                                   ROLLO KILBORN 

Rollo Kilborn, 92, of Belding, passed away at Fountain View Assisted Living 
Center of Lowell on Dec.16. He was being cared for by his loving wife and family 
along with the great staff at Fountain View and Hospice of Michigan.

Rollo was born on May 3, 1918 in Belding the son of Freeman and Eva (Benton) 
KIlborn. He graduated from Belding High School and was a lifelong farmer. He 
also owned and operated Belding Hardware from 1954 until 1968. He met and 
married Naomi Chickering and she survives. The couple exchanged vows on May 3, 
1939 in Belding and enjoyed 71 years of marriage. He was an avid golfer, loved 
to sail and fished whenever he could both in Michigan and while wintering in 
Florida near Port of the Islands. He was a proud father and grandfather and 
loved spending with family.

He is survived by his loving wife, Naomi; children Gary Kilborn of Ionia, Gayle 
(Arlene) Kilborn of Conneaut, Ohio, and Nancy (Carter) Huffman of Grand Rapids; 
grandchildren Cathy (Wes)Cordova of Arlington, Va., Rob Kilborn of Dallas, 
Texas, Melinda (Michael) Schwartz of Memphis, Tenn., and Andrew (Nicole) Huffman 
of Hudsonville; great grandchildren, Joshua Cordova and Adriana Huffman; a 
brother, Frederick Kilborn of Fife Lake; and several nieces,nephews, cousins and 
friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Private interment will take place at Rest Haven Memory Gardens near Belding.
