May 30, 1963 William Kilgus Dies in Germany William Kilgus, 69, of Lowell township, well known as a prominent musician at square dances for forty years in the area and known by many in the local area, passed away May 16 at Keinbottwar, Germany. He and his wife were on a trip to her native country. They had sold their farm and left here around the forepart of May to visit relatives. Surviving besides his wife are two daughters, Mrs. Kenneth (Marian) Price of Alto (the Price family were former local residents residing on Brown Rd.) and Mrs. Elmer Smith of Hastings; a sister; grand and great grandchildren. The body will be returned to Lowell for services and burial.
