The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, October 13, 1936
The death of B. Frank Kilmartin, 69, of 334 North Dexter street, occurred 
Thursday October 8 at the Ann Arbor hospital where he was taken a week ago.  
He has been ill for the past two years.  

He is survived by three brothers, Edward of Portland, George of Syracuse, New 
York; and William of Lansing; two sisters, Mrs. Rock and Mrs. Mary Kissane of 
Portland, and five nieces and five nephews.

He was born in Orange township March 25, 1867, and was the son of the late Mr. 
and Mrs. Bernard Kilmartin.  He was a retired blacksmith.  His shop used to be 
located beneath Mrs. McKee’s monument works.

Funeral services will be held Thursday October 15 at SS. Peter and Paul’s 
church at nine o’clock.  Interment will be in Mt. Olivet cemetery.
