Mrs. Catherine L. Kilts, 82, of rural Pewamo died Monday evening at Gratiot
Community hospital at Alma.  She was born in Detroit, November 19, 1892, and had
lived in the Pewamo area the past 4 years coming there from East Lansing.  She
was married to Austin kilts who preceeded her in death.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Geraldine Snow of Matherton, Mrs. Patty
Cashen of Pewamo, and Mrs. Julia Klippart of Hubbardston ten grandchildren, ten
great grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Gladys Fodale of Scottsdale, Ariz.

Mrs. Kilts will be at Burns-Schnepp funeral home at Carson City until 11 a.m. 
Thursday when she will te taken to Matherton United Brethren church for funeral
services at 3:30 p.m.  Rev. W.C. Tayler will officiate and interment will be at
East Plains cemetery.
