Ionia Sentinel Standard, 19 Aug 1959

John T. Kimball, 83, of 315 West Superior, Alma, died at 7 p.m. August 17 after
a two years illness.  He was born December 28, 1875 at Muir, the son of John and
Helen Wheeler Kimball.

Mr. Kimball was a member of the Presbyterian church.  He attended Muir public
school and moved from Muir to Alma three years ago.  He was a decorator by
trade, previous to that he was an automobile salesman.  He was married to
Barbara Helman at Alma, June 23, 1956.

Surviving besides his wife, Barbara, are two children, Kenneth J. Kimball of
Hamilton, Ohio and Mrs. Walter M. (Vera) Kay of Detroit.

Funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Dewey funeral home at Alma
with burial at the Muir cemetery.  The Rev. Charles Hahn will officiate.
