Mr. Kimberly was 77 years of age and was the last of the family of Frederick Kimberly. For many years he owned and operated the general store at Cook’s Corners, and it was only when his health failed that he gave up and sold out to the present owner, Russell Sage. For many years he was very active in township affairs having held the officer of township clerk for many terms. Funeral services will be held at the late home Friday afternoon at 2:30. Rev. H. S. Ellis will officiate and burial will be made in the Otisco cemetery. Surviving besides the widow, is a son, Allen Kimberly, who has been home from his work in Ionia for some time helping to care for his father. The community has lost a splendid citizen and the family a devoted husband and father.
