Emery Kime Passes Away

Emery Kime, 75, lifelong resident and retired farmer of the Clarksville area 
passed away Monday morning at the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and 
Mrs. Henry (Beulah) Beland of rural Lake Odessa, after a long illness.

His parents were John and Sarah (Weaver) Kime and he married Magdalena Gackley 
of Freeport, June 4, 1924. She passed away May 16, 1959.

Surviving besides the daughter are a son Glenn of Clarksville, five 
grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Funeral services were held Wednesday at 1:30 at the Pickens Funeral Chapel, Lake 
Odessa with burial in the Clarksville cemetery. Rev. Max Ovenshire and Rev. 
Daniel Zook officiated.
