Mrs. Nettie Mae King, 64, formerly of Saranac and late of Fredericktown, Mo., 
died at her home in Missouri Friday, August 24.  She had been a resident of 
Fredericktown for the past few years.

Mrs. King was brought to Saranac when an infant, and she was born in 
Painesville, Ohio, October 3, 1892.  She attended schools in the Saranac area 
and was a member of the American Legion auxiliary.

Surviving are her husband, Asa King of Fredericktown, Mo., one brother, Leland 
Paul of Detroit, and nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Morris funeral home in Saranac, 
Tuesday afternoon, August 28 at 2 o’clock and the Rev. Glenn McCarty will 
officiate.  Interment will be in the Saranac cemetery.
