Belding Banner-News, 15 Nov 1962

Ben King, divisional sales manager for Gibson Refrigerator, died suddenly Monday
in Springfield, Pa.  A former Greenville and Belding resident, Mr. King was 44.
 He was a member of the Hupp organization for 22 years except for three years
when he served in the Air Force in World War II.

Mr. King is survived by his wife, the former Marjorie Frost of Belding, two
daughters, Phyllis and Roberta, at home, and his father, Ervin King, Berrien
Springs.  Also surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Evelyn Hockstad, Denver, Mrs.
Irene VanGorder, Kalamazoo, and Mrs. Jane Zanders, Benton Harbor, and two
brothers, Ervin Jr., Dallas, and Roger, Benton Harbor.  

Funeral services will be held Thursday (today) at 2 p.m. at Hoffman Funeral
Home, Greenville.  The Rev. Ralph P. Witmer will officiate.  Burial will be in
Rest Haven Memory Gardens.  The body arrived at the funeral home Wednesday
morning.
